How we intend to handle purchases, downloads, personal data and support.
Seller information
The Asset System is the brand name. The registered seller, business address, registration number, applicable VAT number, email address and phone number are pending confirmation. These details will be available before purchase.
Terms of sale
The Asset System Vault contains the 31-lesson Obsidian course, editable Markdown worksheets and AI prompts. Asset Pro adds Sales Page Studio and Secure Delivery Engine as separate downloadable source kits. Each package is self-paced.
The order summary will show the selected package, any optional items you choose, the currency, applicable taxes and the full amount before payment. The purchase price is a single payment. Tools or services you choose to use separately, such as hosting or paid AI tools, follow their own prices and terms.
The course teaches a process for researching, building and testing a product. Sales and income depend on your offer, market and work. The delivery kit requires your own provider accounts and technical setup.
Digital delivery and access
After payment is verified, the order confirmation will list your items and explain how to access the purchased files. The Obsidian course is supplied as Markdown files in a downloadable archive. The Asset Pro adds editable web source files and setup instructions.
Instructions, file requirements, the access period and the link recovery process will be stated before purchase. Keep your confirmation and order reference. If a download fails or you receive the wrong files, use the support details on your confirmation.
Refunds and withdrawal
Consumer rights apply according to the rules of the market where you buy. Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, the purchase information will explain how and when to exercise it and provide the applicable online withdrawal option.
If we offer immediate digital delivery with loss of the withdrawal right, we will explain the effect before payment, request your express consent and acknowledgment, and confirm your choice in the purchase confirmation before making the files available. You start the download yourself.
If files are defective, missing or different from the description, contact support with your order reference. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. This includes a refund where required.
Product licence
The proposed licence lets you use the course materials to build and sell your own original products. It lets you adapt the supplied source kits for your own project, subject to their accompanying licence terms. Third-party components retain their respective licences.
The course files and starter kits are licensed to the buyer. Sharing the original downloads, reselling the course or redistributing the supplied source as a competing kit requires separate written permission. Check the licence included with your download for the final scope.
Privacy notice
Website preview
The hosting provider processes technical request data, such as IP address, browser information and access logs, to serve and secure the site. The course preview runs in your browser. It does not ask you for a name or email address.
Orders and support after launch
We expect to use your email address, selected items, order reference and payment status to fulfil your order and help with support. Stripe processes payment information on its own checkout. We expect to keep transaction records as required for accounting and tax and to use limited security records to investigate fraud or delivery issues.
The final notice will identify the controller, service providers, purposes, legal bases, retention periods and international transfer safeguards where relevant. It will also give the privacy contact and explain how to request access, correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing where applicable, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Customer support will cover payment, delivery, access and file issues. The support contact and complaint process will be listed here and in your order confirmation before purchases open.
For an order issue, include your order reference, the email used to purchase and a short description. Keep passwords and full card details private.
